Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup large Medjool dates, pitted (about 3 to 4 fruits)
- 2 Tbsp mashed avocado
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1⁄4 cup cacao powder
- 3 Tbsp hemp protein powder
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1⁄2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- Sweetener, to taste
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth.
- Add the ice and blend once more until frosty. Taste, and adjust sweetness as desired.
