Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1⁄8 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, and poppy seeds.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
